Appropriate Sustainable Development for Otley

Public consultation on the Leeds Site Allocations Plan (SAP) closed in November 2015.  The 10,000 comments submitted are currently being analysed by LCC (watch this space).  The final version of the SAP should be submitted to the Secretary of State by the end of 2016, this leading to a public examination in spring and adoption by the end of 2017.  The SAP specifies where developments will take place across Leeds up to 2028.

In Otley an additional 1,376 houses are planned, an increase of 22% - say 3,000 more residents.  This is not sustainable development because their are no corresponding planned improvements to our infrastructure, transport links or employment.  SORRY WEBSITE HIT BY ONEDRIVE PROBLEMS - SEE [Latest News]
